We won't build with products that have less than a 20 year product guarantee. There are plenty of maint. free products out there and we've used them all, but a lot will leave you disappointed in the long run and cost way more than others!   *Our pricing is as follows, 
Pressure Treated Decks = $20.00 per sq. ft.
Knotty cedar Decks = $25.00 per sq. ft.
Maint. Free Geo Decks = $30.00 per sq. ft.
Maint. Free Azek Decks = $32.00 per sq. ft.

For example, say you wanted to replace a 20x10 deck that would be 200 sq. ft. x whichever product sq. ft. price above. Pls. take into consideration for the steps. Pressure Treated steps are $90.00 each. Cedar steps are $112.00 each, Geo Deck steps are $150.00 each. And Azek steps are $160.00 each. I know the price per step seems expensive...especially with the two maint. free products. But pls. keep in mind, the price per step includes the pressure treated stringers underneath, the maint. free wrap on both sides of the steps, the maint. free step treads (the part you step on) and also the riser (the backing of the closed in step), The step rails and the required by code everywhere one side graspable handicap handrail. tiful Old World Railing design with routered top rail...Maint free Old World Railing is included in white only. Colors are avail. but are a slightly higher cost. You can also upgrade to a New England style railing with post caps etc. But this does add $2.00 more per sq. ft. to the total above. Geo Deck is a tongue and groove product so you will see no fasteners, the Geo Deck flooring is avail. in Gray, Cedar, Mahogany and a brand new Walnut (dark brown) color....all same price. Azek is avail. in regular deck planks which are included in the sq. ft. price above...this decking is screwed down with Azek color coated screws that match the decking. Tongue and Groove Azek is avail. Or you can also use the Azek plugs that cover all the screw holes in the matching Azek decking color...but both Tongue and Groove and the plugs are an extra $2.00 more per sq. ft. With the spindles, you can also upgrade to the Deckorator classic aluminum balusters with the designer connectors but
this does add $2.00 more per sq. ft. Permit applications are also included, we apply with your Homeowners Association if so required. And Township or County required permits are also applied for by us! However, depending upon where you live, the permit fee itself may be extra. The only thing we need from the Homeowners to obtain the permit is a copy of their plot plan or survey map, will show the property measurements and house measurements and where house is located on the lot, since we have to draw the deck on there to scale for the townships/county. If we can get one from your township there is no extra charge, but if we have to hire a surveyor, the lowest price for this is $450.00. A certified land surveyor will have to professionally make a new one. Also...Depending how old your home is...your builder or mortgage company usually has a copy of this and in most cases will fax it over at no charge.
