Dear Mike and Connie,
We would like to thank you both for the wonderful work you did with our deck. Although we always knew we wanted to expand our deck at some point, we were not planning on it this year. That is until our neighbor told us on Friday that he had contracted with you and would start work on Monday. We talked it over and decided that sooner or later we would expand the deck, so why not sooner instead of later. We called you on Saturday and met with Mike on Sunday at 7:30am - the day after the clocks were changed to one hour ahead - and by the way, we're not morning people and Sundays are definitely the day we sleep in and woe to the person who calls before 10AM!
But there we were up at 7:30, Mike promptly at 7:30 rang the bell and imagine our surprise when he shows up with two cups of Dunkin Donuts' Coffee. Now that's what we call service! We should have known right then and there that this whole process would be a piece of cake. And it sure was!
We decided on the deck and size and Mike was the most easygoing salesperson we have ever dealt with. He made it simple, no sales pitch, no nonsense, went with our budget and the best thing, we immediately felt that Mike was the right person for the job. This is very important. He is so honest, that he didn't even want a down payment from us. Can you believe it?
As promised, work on the deck started on Monday and each night we were so excited to see what stage it was going to be in. The work was completed on Friday, as Mike promised, and it turned out to be better than we ever imagined it to be. It felt like we added another room to our house. It turned out to be so great, that the very next day, when Mike stopped over, we decided to add another expansion.
Mike was very gracious and extremely accomodating - the deck wasn't even up 48 hours, when he had to disassemble and extend it. The second extension took four days and as of yesterday, Wednesday, it was completed. We love it and can't wait to use it. In fact we're having a brunch on Sunday and that's where we'll be - on the brand new deck.
Mike and Connie, you're a great team and thank you for making this experience such a pleasant one. We're telling all our friends and any one who mentions a deck will definitely get your number!

We had Get Decked, Inc. build us a deck in June of 2001. The deck was made
of Western Red Cedar and comprised two sections that sit approximatley 4 feet
off of the ground. The crew that came to build the deck was quick and
efficient and worked in a way that we hardly knew they were at our house.
When finished, they left the area clean and free of mess.
The deck itself is beautiffullly made and is one of the most solid deck
structures I have seen. Get Decked takes care to not just build the deck but
to construct it in a way that makes it look detailed and unique. They routed
edges, created finished steps and used different patterns in the deck

We just got in from Greg's football game it is 5:00, and I went right
outside to walk around. I had picked a fake wreath I had thrown out from

"We want to thank you for the wonderful job you did on our deck. You made the decision to use your company pretty easy. It started the first time Mike came out. Mike believes in what he does and that makes you feel comfortable when you are talking to him. He let us know up front that he wasn't going to pressure us into anything. He showed us the choices and explained each one to use and the pros and cons of each.
Once we decided on the Forever Deck. Mike laid out the plans and showed us what to expect from them and the time frame for the job. I must say I expected the same old we can't be there today or we are short man power, or we have to delay the start, which is what you normally get from contractors. But you guys went above and beyond that...On time every day, took great care of my house and yard as you worked. But the biggest thing was the way you left the job site every night...neat and clean. I told my wife this was unbelievable. No tools left out, no nails in the grass, no scraps left laying around.
Now for as for the job you did on the deck....All I can say is "WOW". The deck is a work of art...I mean the craftsmanship, attention to details...just flat out remarkable.
