My deck was just completed yesterday and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. As others have mentioned, from the time Mike came out to give me the estimate, through to the finish, the communication has been exceptional! They were there when they said they would be and kept me informed throughout the process. It was 100% obvious that Mike, Mike Jr., Jerry and the entire crew have a tremendous work ethic! Kudos to this family and their crew as they even worked through the rain on the last day! This was not the least expensive quote I received, but there was just something about Mike Sr. that exuded trust, not to mention that I have not seen one review that was under 5 stars!

So happy with the outcome and can’t wait for the rain to stop so I can get the furniture out there and decorate it! Thanks so much to the entire Get Decked family and crew! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

If I could give Get Decked 100 stars, I would. This company not only does amazing work, but they have the work ethic and customer support that we all want when spending our money. I originally had them build me a deck several years ago after spending way too much time researching contractors. They tore down my old deck and built me a new custom composite deck with a cool round bump out along with a raised screen porch.

I love a lot of things about this company. Their work speaks for itself. The deck and screen porch are beautiful. They stayed in constant communication thruout the process. In fact, they told me to reach out 24/7 if we had any questions – and gave me multiple ways to get in touch with them. Who does that?! They completely cleaned up after themselves. They never parked in my driveway. They pulled all the official permits and did all the paperwork we needed with the county. They asked me where we wanted the dumpster. Clearly they care.

And they also represent a classic mom and pop business that stands behind their work years later. They guarantee it! Last month, I had a question about one of my deck boards so I gave them a call. Within one week, they were back at my house to take a look at the issue – and that weekend they took care of it for me. At that time, I learned this is their 40th year in business. The original owners (Mike and Connie) have delegated a lot of the work to their children – but it’s still 100% a family business with the values we yearn for nowadays. And their employees have been with them forever – there’s company loyalty – so you don’t have to worry about random new hires doing the labor. It’s a family affair.

I read so many nightmares about different contractors who do shoddy work or don’t finish the job once they receive full payment. That’s not going to happen with Connie and Mike. At the time I’m writing this, they have 72 5-star google reviews, and zero 4,3,2,or 1 star reviews. Not a lot of companies have that! I wish I could give them more stars. They deserve it. They truly care.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My deck was completed in about 4 days (most of them rainy too). Mike noticed and implemented things the other companies didn’t even notice, and we couldn’t be happier. Customer service and communication are top notch. Don’t bother getting other estimates, their prices were the best. If I had gone with someone else I wouldn’t even have my deck yet and we’ve been enjoying it for 2 months now. Superb!

Love my new deck. From the ladies in the office to the work crew 10/10 highly recommend. If you want quality work and great Customer Service this is the place to go. They waste no they get the job done. Had a double deck done and they had it fully completed in 2.5 days. Wonderful company and great people. Some examples from my experience – The morning we were to discuss blueprints and take measurements, Mike brought us pastries for breakfast and sat with us to go over every detail we were looking to include in our deck build. Later, when I had requested a change to our blueprint, Mike took time out of his vacation to make adjustments and send us new details.
And Connie is just the sweetest person you will ever encounter! So helpful and quick to respond to make sure you are kept in the loop.

Oh! And our new deck looks AMAZING!
