Our History and Experience
Get Decked constructs decks in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Since 1985, we have thousands of decks constructed under out toolbelt and are growing and learning constantly each year! There’s nothing more rewarding than bringing a project from start to finish—we love what we do, and we’re confident we’re the area’s best deck builder. All work is done by the owner who is a master craftsman! Once you request your Free Estimate, you will be given several design options, advice, suggestions and sizes as well as material recommendations.
We Cater to You
We truly make CUSTOM decks to fit your home perfectly so you and your family will enjoy and love it for years to come, we are very organized and the job will go very professionally and quickly. We never need to get in your house or park in your driveway…all is done roadside. You literally have to worry about nothing but enjoying your new deck in a few painless days of construction! We employ NO Subs! All work is done by the owner! We apply for and obtain for all necessary permits. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured! We are a proud member of the BBB! Each of our clients at the time of the estimate are given an information packet with hundreds of references and deck information. You will also receive our home number, job site cell phone number, email address and all license and insurance information…you will have total access to us 24 hours a day 7 days a week should you ever have a question!
Our Process
We construct the decks Monday through Saturday. The owner, Mike, gives free estimates in the morning on the way to work or by appointment. Upon completion of every deck you will be given a Workmanship warranty. You can ask any of our customers on our reference sheets how we stand behind our decks! We have had the same banking institution and lumber supplier for over 20 years! Not only can you ask any of our previous customers about our integrity, you can also ask your local township or New Castle Co. Building Inspectors about Get Decked. We believe in the old school of thought that your valued customer satisfaction is our top priority! Once you decide you want to contract with Get Decked, We will supply you with our detailed contract and drawings and we are very honest in our payment schedule…You pay in stages as the work is being done. With NO MONEY DOWN on your project we can begin working on the project applying for required permits, ordering all materials needed and even cutting rail and step components in our workshop ahead of time for your project. Then once we begin on site the balance is then divided into four payments…One when footings are dug and inspected and old deck is removed. One when Framing, beams and footings are complete, One when decking is done and last one the day the deck is complete. For your added convenience, we do also accept Visa, MC, Discover or Am Ex but there is a 4.16% fee to use a credit card.
